Seven in-house shops — from raw material to a tested finished product.
In-house capability
Everything under one roof
Every key stage — from cutting and shaping raw material to final testing of the finished product — takes place on the company's own production floor. This keeps quality control consistent at every stage and allows orders to be built to the customer's own technical specification.
Procuring shop
Supplies primary and auxiliary production with stock cut from sheet material, coil, bar, and ingot. The shop houses vapor-degreasing units, a line for cutting coil stock to length, and a plasma cutter for heavy-gauge profiles.
Aluminum & plastic extrusion
Three sections: aluminum profile extrusion up to 70 mm in diameter; PVC profile extrusion up to 200×70 mm in cross-section with automatic perforation and length-cutting; and plastic injection moulding for parts weighing 1–400 grams.
Stamping & bending shop
Built around a CNC bending and stamping line from the Italian manufacturer Salvagnini, accurate to 0.1 mm. The shop also runs a CNC turret punch press, sheet-metal stamping presses, an automated welding system, and roll-forming lines for sheet metal.
Painting
A conveyorized powder-coating line applies epoxy-polyester paint to steel and aluminum parts, with both automatic and manual spray stations, for a weather-resistant finish.
From sheet metal to finished part
Cutting, extrusion, bending, and stamping — the full material-forming cycle runs on in-house equipment, including a CNC bending and stamping line from the Italian manufacturer Salvagnini.
The company's production facilities
Electroplating
Seven process lines: degreasing and zinc phosphating, hard chrome plating, nickel plating, barrel and large-part zinc plating, aluminum anodizing, and "Alochrom" decorative aluminum coating. All lines run under GEM80 microprocessor control.
Tool shop
Manufactures the full range of production tooling in-house: injection molds, aluminum casting molds, bending dies, extrusion dies, drilling jigs, inspection gauges, and assembly fixtures.
Testing center
Verifies components and finished products through climatic (salt-fog) testing, dust and vibration exposure, shock loading, RF-interference resistance, and mold-resistance testing.
Coatings, tooling, and testing
Seven electroplating lines, an in-house tool shop, and a testing center with climatic and vibration chambers complete the finishing and quality-control cycle.
